Veg Box Delivery Driver (Saturdays)

As our Saturday veg box delivery driver, you will ensure that Soul Farm’s customers receive their veg boxes with care and a smile. To fit this role, you'd need to be comfortable driving a van (Ford Transit Custom) around the winding Cornish lanes, and be a friendly face to our customers on the doorstep. You'd be joining our fun and sociable small crew here at Soul Farm, and supporting the movement towards small-scale, local, ethical and environmentally-minded food. This role may suit someone not in full-time work/semi-retired/seeking casual employment/wanting a small but regular weekly commitment.

Required Criteria

  • Full, UK clean driver’s license.

  • Confident driving a van.

  • Reasonable level of fitness to be able to carry crates of vegetables from van to doorsteps.

  • Able to use a mobile phone to communicate with customers during working hours, manage delivery routes on our online system, etc.

  • Highly competent in navigating Cornish roads.

  • Personable, friendly and approachable.

  • Willing to be flexible.

  • Attention to detail and diligence.

  • Highly punctual.

  • Has own transport (for getting to and from Soul Farm).

Hours & Pay

Every Saturday, approximately 8am-2pm.

Pay rate: £13.45 per hour (we are a Real Living Wage employer).
